Wednesday, September 28, 2022
Please join us along with Speakers, Stephen Quinn and Terry Connerton, for a discussion regarding PEPs and MEPs. The SECURE Act provided for Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs) and loosened some rules governing open Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs). The Speakers will review the SECURE Act requirements and the guidance that has so far been provided by the DOL and IRS.
